Introducing…

Another blog from another wannabe writer

Introductions are just plain awkward…but necessary. I recently retired from teaching and have been agonizing over what is next. I’m not a “move-to-a-warm-climate-and-recreate-until-they-put-me-in-a-nursing-home” kind of woman. I love learning and teaching and learning more, and that must not cease. I adore creating things. I am tickled pink to try new things or set out on new adventures. I am rejuvenated when I grow and nurture living things. I am content when I enjoy the fruit of my own labor.

I have enjoyed utilizing other forms of social media for the past several years and cherish the reconnections they have facilitated. Those won’t completely disappear for me…yet. But, for better or worse, I’m done thinking about starting a blog, so here I go.
